HOW DOES IT WORK?

3

a volunteer in your area will contact you!

You can either ship your device to a volunteer or arrange a pick-up with them. In the meantime, please reset your device to clear your personal data.

Our volunteers follow strict social distancing in picking up all devices. Volunteers typically pick-up devices from mailboxes or door steps at a pre-arranged time.

fill out the form on our donation page by clicking the button beloW.

We are currently accepting all camera-enabled devices that are still functioning. Mild cracks on the edges of the screens are acceptable. However, we cannot accept fully-cracked phones. The devices each practice can accept vary by region. If your device is not usable in one region, we will get it to a practice where it can be used.

The form has you enter basic details like your name, contact information, and region so volunteers can contact you to get your device.

VOLUNTEERS COLLECT ALL THE DEVICES INTO A BATCH AND SHIP THEM OR DROP THEM OFF!

Volunteers count their devices and then order chargers needed using our monetary donations from the GoFundMe. Next, they collect all the chargers and devices into boxes which they safely pack and ship to the clinic/hospital. We are thankful to UPS for partnering with us for a non-profit discount.

Check out this photo reel of our volunteers holding up devices they have collected across the country!
